Convergence is an unofficial for-charity zine celebrating the completion of Arcane by exploring the relationship between Jayce Talis and Viktor, from their beginnings to their inevitable end.
Convergence is not affiliated with Arcane, Riot Games, Netflix or any related media. All content belongs to our respective contributors. Redistribution, reproduction, or unauthorized use of any part of this zine is strictly prohibited.
All profits from this project will be donated to Walkabout Foundation Inc.
Preorder Timeline
These are pre-order items and as such it is estimated that production and shipping may take approximately 6-10 months due to the high volume of anticipated orders.
Production will begin once pre-orders close. We appreciate your patience and support as we work to ensure each copy is made with care and delivered safely. Updates will be shared through our social media!
Shipping Information
All bundles will be shipped from The United States.
Digital orders will be sent via email from [email protected] once all Physical orders and packages are shipped.
We are unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Pitcairn Islands, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, and Zaire.
Please be aware of your country's import policies, as some may charge import taxes, VAT, duties, or other fees before releasing your package. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Updates
You can update your address anytime before the final address check by filling out this form: Convergence Address Change
A last call will be emailed 1–3 weeks before shipping, with reminders on social media. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate address changes or replace lost packages due to outdated information.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are only available during the pre-order period. Once pre-orders close, we may not be able to process return requests.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your bundle, please contact us before the end of the pre-order period. You can reach us at [email protected] —make sure to include your order name and order number.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please reach out to us via email or social media within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, we may ask for photos depending on the nature of the damage or missing items.
We are unfortunately unable to replace or compensate packages due to customer negligence such as:
- Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failure to claim or pick up the package from your local post office or customs
- Refusal to pay customs/import fees (if applicable)
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
Please double-check your information before placing your order to avoid any issues.
Group Orders
Customers are welcome to organize group orders (purchasing multiple bundles together to reduce shipping costs). To discuss further details for a group order, please contact us via Twitter, Instagram, or email us at [email protected].
Please note that group orders will not be processed through the shop checkout. Instead, we will send you a PayPal invoice with your order and customized shipping costs.
If you are joining someone else’s group order, please ensure they have a good reputation, as we are not responsible for the group order manager’s fulfillment process. Once the items are delivered to them, our responsibility ends.
Privacy Policy
We will not disclose personal information for any purposes other than shipping and all collected data will be redacted from our records once our project is completed.
Other
Purchases are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or unauthorized use of any part of this zine is strictly prohibited.
This includes digital files and screenshots of the content, which should not be shared or profited on any online platform.
